How accurate is the skin age analysis?

Our AI assesses visible skin characteristics — collagen density, hydration, texture, and pigmentation — from your photo. Results are estimates based on visible data and general biological frameworks. Accuracy improves with good lighting and a clear, unobstructed photo.

Is my photo stored?

No. Your photo is analyzed instantly and deleted immediately after. It is never stored on our servers, never used for training, and never shared with third parties.

What is the difference between Essentiel and Raffiné?

Essentiel is free and includes the Skin Age Estimator and Biological Age Analysis. Raffiné unlocks 9 additional AI tools including the AM/PM Routine Builder, Sleep Debt Analyzer, Cycle-Sync Calendar, and more. Haute adds advanced analytics and priority support.

Can I cancel my subscription?

How often should I scan my skin?

We recommend scanning every 30 days for the most meaningful longitudinal tracking. Daily scans are possible but skin changes are gradual — a month gives your routine enough time to show measurable results.

What photo format should I use?

JPG, PNG, or WebP under 10MB. For iPhone users, go to Settings → Camera → Formats and select Most Compatible to avoid HEIC format issues.

Does ÉPIDERME work for all skin types and tones?

Yes. Our AI is trained to analyze all skin types and tones. For best results, use natural light and avoid heavy filters or makeup during the scan.
