ÉPIDERME provides AI-powered skincare analysis and personalized recommendations. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer any part of it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated analysis — are the property of ÉPIDERME and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÉPIDERME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
